The following letter was in the December 1972 issue of the CRI-Help Crier. It was sent by ED Davis who was, at the time, LAPD Chief of Police. Among the five people identified in the letter were Mary Neil, the Co-Founder of CRI-Help, and four residents. We are happy to report Eileen and Richard are still alive and clean. Doug has since passed away, staying clean to the end.
