6:30 a.m. | Meditation

Guided by our renowned meditation specialist, you will tap into a power greater than yourself while gaining tools to navigate life on life’s terms.

7:30 ​a.m. | Breakfast

An assortment of fresh food options are made available with necessary adjustments for clients with dietary restrictions.

8:15 ​a.m. | Clients participate in groups

Clients discuss core issues and celebrate progress with the support of peers and a trained counselor.

9:15 a.m. | 12-Step Study

​An introduction to 12-step literature will give you the space to ask questions and learn life skills from members with long-term clean time.

10:30 a.m. | Relapse Prevention

To ​ensure a well-rounded educational approach, a certified specialist will discuss strategies with you to avoid a potential relapse.

12:00 ​p.m. | Lunch

This ​healthy meal provides time for you to build new friendships in recovery.

1:00 p.m. | Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

​You will meet in a group with a credentialed counselor who will challenge your inner dialogue and help you develop healthy coping skills.

2:00 p.m. | Family Visit

​​On Saturday, you will have the time to meet with family and friends to ensure your outside support system is strong upon completion of treatment.

3:00 ​p.m. | Goals Group

​​You and your peers will meet with a counselor to focus on goal prioritization, navigating future obstacles, and, most importantly, how to follow your dreams.

​4:00 p.m. | Recreation

​​Downtime is your opportunity to develop new friendships, complete step work and reflect on the tools you’ve learned to help you stay clean.

5:00 p.m. | Dinner

​​​A good meal is a perfect way to wind down after your day of transformation.

​7:00 p.m. | Off-Site 12 – step Meeting

​Access to the recovery community is fundamental to our program. You and your peers will venture out with a staff member to different meetings in the area so you can build your sober social network.

​11:00 p.m. | Bedtime

​​By the time your head hits the pillow, you will have one more day clean.
