Position Title: Program Manager
Location: I-ADARP, Inc. 8330 Lankershim Blvd. North Hollywood, CA 91605
Description of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Select qualified staff to fill Program position vacancies, and coordinate orientation and specialized training as needed.
- Manage employee performance evaluations, promotions and disciplinary reports.
- Supervise and oversee all daily activities of the program staff.
- Provide reports to the appropriate agencies as required.
- Continually monitor program effectiveness and report regularly on progress and any issues regarding delivery of services; to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Perform chart reviews to ensure compliance with all required documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct training for program staff.
- Participate in orientation and training sessions, including 16 hours of cross training.
- Maintain advocacy and referral resources, including 12-step programs.
- Identify alternative funding sources.
Minimum Requirements
Education/ Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field required. Non-degreed persons may substitute five years cumulative experience in the management capacity for substance use disorder treatment and/or youth services.
- Certified Alcoholism Counselor ( CAC), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CDAD) or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management working with chemically dependent clients and/or youth in the probation system.

Special Conditions:
- If a recovering addict/alcoholic, must have five years continuous abstinence from drugs and/or alcohol.
