Position Title: Program Manager

 

Location: I-ADARP, Inc.  8330 Lankershim Blvd.  North Hollywood, CA 91605

 

Description of Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Select qualified staff to fill Program position vacancies, and coordinate orientation and specialized training as needed.

 

  • Manage employee performance evaluations, promotions and disciplinary reports.

 

  • Supervise and oversee all daily activities of the program staff.

 

  • Provide reports to the appropriate agencies as required.

 

  • Continually monitor program effectiveness and report regularly on progress and any issues regarding delivery of services; to the Chief Executive Officer.

 

  • Perform chart reviews to ensure compliance with all required documentation.

 

  • Coordinate and conduct training for program staff.

 

  • Participate in orientation and training sessions, including 16 hours of cross training.

 

  • Maintain advocacy and referral resources, including 12-step programs.

 

  • Identify alternative funding sources.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

Education/ Training:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field required. Non-degreed persons may substitute five years cumulative experience in the management capacity for substance use disorder treatment and/or youth services.

 

  • Certified Alcoholism Counselor ( CAC), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CDAD) or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC).

 

Experience:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management working with chemically dependent clients and/or youth in the probation system.

Special Conditions:
